This program takes place over the course of about a year. Participants meet weekly to bi-weekly. The program is intense, immersive, and for people who are looking to delve deep into the work. Each classroom goes for about 2 hours.

This is the foundational program that goes for 2 immersive and intense days. The 2 days are followed up by 10 weeks of 2 hour classrooms to help bring the work out into the participants' lives. Each individual will come out of the program with a strategy in service to what they truly care about in life. For organizations, each employee will come out of the program with an outcome that is in service to the greater vision of the organization, yet with their own self-expression that's aligned with their personal values and greater noble cause for their personal lives.
